17. What are the system requirements?
1. Tracking Tools will run on Windows (2000/XP), Mac OSX and Linux operating systems.
   Application server: None required*. CFMX 6.1 and BlueDragon 6.1 are supported
   Database: None required*. MS SQL Server, MySQL4.1, and Oracle are supported.
   
   * Tracking Tools is available in a StandAlone Edition that has an embedded application server and database server.

17. Can I download a demo version?
1. Yes, we do have a demo version for download. Get it here.

17. Why don't you support Microsoft Access?
1. There are nine reasons not to use Access. The main reason people do use Access is because it's relatively cheap compared with Microsoft SQL Server. However, Microsoft does offer Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine(MSDE), a free, redistributable version of SQL Server. More information about MSDE can be found here.

17. If I use the demo, will I lose my data when I install the licensed version?
1. No. When you install the application, you can specify any existing datasource. Simply specify the datasource you used for the demo. Please note, by default, the demo comes configured to use an embedded database. If you want to switch the database (to MSSQL/MYSQL/ORACLE) at later time you will have to migrate your data (or start from scratch).
