Creating a new case in TrackingTools is easy.
Simply choose the area of the project the case is related to, give it a title and a brief description.
The case will be assigned to the default user for the project or you can assign it to a specific user.
Viewing and Updating Cases
Updating cases is a matter of opening the case and entering the new information. A complete history of updates is maintained so
anyone can review the actions taken on a case. An email notification is sent to the assigned user anytime a
case is updated.

project, status or user. With a glance, you can focus on those issues needing your immediate attention.
